CarChat24 announces new office location in historic Tarpon Springs, Florida

The CarChat24 team enjoys training in its new Tampa Bay area office.

The sales team at CarChat24 is excited to move into the company’s new office in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Based in the Tampa Bay area along the Gulf of Mexico, the company makes the move as it celebrates its 10-year anniversary as the premier live chat software and service provider to the auto industry.

“This move gives us a great environment to grow our company to the next level,” said Jeff Sterns, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We enjoyed the call center space we shared by Tampa International Airport, but this gives us a more efficient arrangement and closer proximity to our support team.”

The move takes place amidst a flurry of product enhancements from CarChat24. These include Facebook Messenger and a new Facebook-style chat window that’s integrated into the web page, as well as substantial enhancements to the award-winning customer-facing interface.

The company’s new space is in the historic Arcade Building, which was built in 1904 and is on the National Historic Register.
