Tom LaPointe to speak at Digital Dealer Workshops Philadelphia – Cherry Hill

The CarChat24 team is proud that Tom LaPointe was selected to speak at the Digital Dealer Workshops this month in Philadelphia – Cherry Hill, N.J. His powerful session is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 17, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The event continues through Oct. 18.

Tom LaPointe will speak at the 2016 Digital Dealer Workshops Northeast.

His presentation of Guardians of the Fallacy is similar to Jeff Sterns’ session at Digital Dealer 22, earlier this year in Las Vegas. It will help car dealers understand the risk of assuming record sales will continue, and share strategies to prepare for the upcoming recession.

During his session, Tom will give car dealers three takaways to help build their team’s sales skills.

• Train sales and BDC teams to maximize digital tools to sustain sales
• Leverage emerging tech to increase sales and boost customer loyalty
• Sharpen a customer-centric culture that cultivates loyalty and steady revenue

The Digital Dealer Workshop session will include an express self audit to help dealers identify targets for growth.
