CarChat24 Announces Ken Lewis as Chief Technology Officer

The leader in live chat software and support services for the automotive industry, CarChat24, announced today that Ken Lewis has joined CarChat24’s parent company, ChatLead.com, as Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Lewis will oversee the development and operations of CarChat24, BoatChat, RVchat, as well as future ChatLead.com products and services for other industries.

Ken Lewis’ career in the tech sector began during his twenty years of service in the U.S. Navy where he served as Chief Electronics Technician Nuclear (E7), and supervised nuclear propulsion plant activities to ensure error-free performance. Lewis went on to become the founder of Trinity Web Services, and Kode3 Web Solutions. Now, Ken brings his experience in development and operations of critical technological systems to CarChat24. Lewis says he is “excited about this opportunity to work with this talented team of experts to bring amazing new innovations to market.”

ChatLead also continues the rollout of its chat-to-text, chat-to-video and chat-to-call technologies, as well as software enhancements to its SignalR server technology.
