CarChat24 does a great job in capturing e-mails address and some phone numbers for our internet team to follow up on. I’ve been using this product for a number of my dealers and it’s been a wild success! Not only have my leads increased from my website exponentionally, but also the customer experience have been improved. 24/7 chat allows me to get leads even when my dealerships are closed. I love seeing how many leads I have acquired every night when I come in in the am.
Cons:
This is a sales tool. The reps won’t answer questions such as “does the car have a red interior”, but they do forward the chat to a qualified employee that can answer.
